Why is your tagline “art with an edge”?
In
New England, there are numerous art galleries that have totally
representational art. Sometimes, the art looks almost like
a photograph that is done in oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolor,
etc. We purposely choose to represent art that goes
outside the ordinary box: there is an element of abstract,
fantasy, or an aspect that pushes the viewer into another
dimension or thought.

How can I get on your mailing list to find out about shows?
If
you are in the area and able to stop by the gallery, just add
your full name and address to our guest book by the door, and
then you will receive our future mailings for shows and sales.
Otherwise, just e-mail your contact info. to:

I just bought a painting, but I don’t know the
first thing about hanging it right- what should I do?

whether or not you purchased it from our gallery. We bring all
the tools and equipment with us and hang to your exact
requirements.

I
have art that was framed somewhere else, but I don’t like how it
looks anymore- can you help me?
Absolutely! Times change, styles change, old paper mats
discolor and fade (we use only conservation mats and glass).
Metal frames were popular in the 1980s but as redecorating
occurs, so does “redecorating art.” We will remove the old
framing materials and work with you to create the design that
fits your current taste and décor.
